Book of the week - Revisit to "Less: Accomplishing more by doing less" by Marc Lesser

A book to help me organize myself in many areas of my life. I am tired of carrying the weight around my waist, the burdens on my shoulders, and the  mess in my house. I am healthy and have reasonable weight for my own body, I am excited about the responsibilities I have, and my house is tidy and organized.

This is my practice while I read this book. Please add your comments below. Would love different ideas.

Nerium and Team Work

rmason.nerium.com is a portal for more than a great product but a happier, healthier and improved lifestyle. Just three months into it I find myself moving up the social ladder. Although I believe no one is better than anyone else; I must be responsible for me and my family's improving lifestyle.

rmason.nerium.com provides tools for a better me. Want to make money just by living your life? It takes a person that is willing to be creative in their working habits; understanding the traditional working status, and remembering those long hours, aching back, sore feet, and tiredness for just the hourly amount; and a 'why' to want to make this change in industry and addition to career.

We often become our titles when we are professionals. Who are you without these labels. Ok, we put ourselves through college so we can help others. Who am I if I drop my professional labels? This is a question that most of us are only confronted with when the situation is disrupted by outside stimuli.

Team Work is not only helpful, constructive, supportive, and sometimes even challenging. Without it many people flounder around like a fish out of the water. If one person of the team is not pulling as much weight and responsibility as the rest do we just do their part and not hold them accountable? Or do we turn inward and find out what it really is that is allowing this particular team member to be lacks in their share of the creativity? Instead of looking at it as a deliberate act of laziness maybe there is a real need for them needing the support of the entire team in a way that each and every team member may need at other specific times.

So, we pull together and make a collective decision whether or not an intervention of concern lays in our responsibility as team members. And please for God's sake, do not forget the one in supposed need. If the group makes a decision to be 'extra' supportive at a time that maybe, just maybe, the team member simply needs a slight breather from the collective (some people call this 'me time') in order to portray compassion and genuine concern the team must ask if this intervention of concern is actually necessary.

Nerium and Team Work = support, love for the other team members' success, and profits (not paycheck). God bless and stay in tune with yourself...ReGina Mason, Author, Certified Life Coach, Advocate, and Interpreter.
